1. All property information contained on this website has been provided by the developer and we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable, for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies of this information. We are not responsible for any content on any external sites which may be linked to this website. 
2. Prices are correct at the time of publishing and may change subject to the developer. All prices are listed in GBP (Great British Pounds).  

3. We are a marketing agent for the properties displayed on this website and our social media. We are not an estate agent nor a property developer.

4. The Paradise Group and Paradise Property Finder brand are part of the Cyprus Premier Holidays Ltd company, registered in England 5887997.

5. We provide marketing services for various developers in North Cyprus and your contract of sale will be solely between yourself (the Buyer) and the Developer directly. We do not have any involvement or responsibility for this contract.

6. Any guarantees provided by the developer, for example, 5 year build warranty, are subject to terms and conditions between yourself (the Buyer) and the Developer. 
7. Information and legal terms regarding your eligibility to buy a property in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), money laundering regulations and other legal information will be provided to you by our lawyer when you enquire about a property. 
8. Your personal data that you provide to us will be used for (i) marketing purposes by us if you have chosen to receive our email newsletter or property alerts, and (ii) if you enquire about a property, your personal data will be used to provide you with our services.  Any personal information processed by us regarding this Privacy Policy is controlled by Cyprus Premier Holidays Ltd., which is considered the “data controller” of your personal information/data under EU and UK data protection law.
